The terms for using Tropicanna Club and placing orders through the UK website.

Launch information required: add the operator’s registered legal name, UK postal address, company number and VAT number (where applicable) before taking live orders.

About these terms

These terms apply to use of the website and orders placed with Tropicanna Club. They do not remove any rights provided by UK consumer law.

Age and lawful use

You must be at least 21 years old to use age-restricted areas or place an order. We may request age verification and cancel an order if eligibility cannot be confirmed. Products must be possessed and used only where lawful, in accordance with the label and applicable UK rules.

Product information

We aim to present descriptions, images, availability and prices accurately. Packaging may change and colours can vary by screen. Always read the physical label and warnings before use. Website content is general information and is not medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any optional extras are shown before checkout. An order is accepted only when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.

Availability and cancellation

Products remain subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, age or address checks fail, or fulfilment would be unlawful. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery information forms part of these terms. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are explained in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted data or use content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
