Our aim

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across core shopping journeys, including navigation, product browsing, basket, checkout and account access.

What we support

• Keyboard access and visible focus for interactive controls.
• Clear heading order, labels and error messages.
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling at supported sizes.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and sufficient contrast for essential content.
• Reduced-motion preferences where animation is not necessary.

Known limitations

Third-party payment, delivery, embedded-media or extension interfaces may not always match the accessibility of the child theme. We review important integrations and work with providers where issues are identified.
